Update Credit Bureau Informationn and Send me paid up and closed letters

I closed my old data accounts and one of my post paid cellphone accounts. Data is still not updated on Experian and Transunion and this now becomes my job to update. I request that these old accounts be closed on the credit burearus and my closed and paid up letters be sent to me. I am tired of incompetence in service level to customers.
