Update cell phone on return from service dept
The WORST SERVICE PROVIDER and I've been a CUSTOMER FOR 15 YEARS. I logged a complaint verbally on 6 Oct, then via their website on 29 Oct and still NO RESPONSE. I wish I could afford a billboard right now. I will NOT be renewing any contracts!!
