Unwilling to assist

I didn't pass three security checks, so where ever Cell C gets my personal information from, that agency or buro has incorrect information about me. I have asked the customers care agents various times from which buro or agency they get the info from and today an agent even disconnected my call. I just want to contact whom ever stores MY (incorrect) personal information.. But Cell C is unwilling to assist.
