Unwanted number switch

<p>I have a long-standing problem at Cell C Walmer Park, from April this year re. my end my son's contract:<br />1. When upgrading my son's phone, Rhowan switched the numbers on the contract.<br />2. When trying to upgrade my phone, it was a merry mix-up and I then requested to become prepaid on my number in order to switch to another network.<br />3. On 30 June Yolanda managed get our numbers on the phones switched (should have been switched on the contract), leading to an even worse mix-up. She then proposed that the sim cards be exchanged, but that is not acceptable as contacts on the phone will be lost. <br />4. I have been trying without success to switch the numbers back again and my emails are not answered.<br />Could you please help me? I am my wits end.</p> <p> </p>
