Unwanted add ons

<p> I have a contract with Cell C. I received a message last week saying that R39 will be debited to my account every month. This morning I receive 500 mb of data. I have a feeling that cell c has added on a bbm plan to my account. I have a huawei phone and have not made any request for anything to be addded to me account. The epic 100 contract was a ******* in my opinion. I am trying my best not to add a cent to my monthly bill, as I am definitely cancelling with cell c once my term is up. I am not going to bother with calling the customer call line. Please sort this issue out.....</p>
