Took out a 100Mbps Month to Month Firbe contract with Cell C in the middle of 2019. The first 5 months were fine and then all of a sudden we started getting an internet speed of between 8-20 Mbps and that has gone down to 0.20Mbps.

When we contact them we're just told to switch off the router for 10-20 min and then everything will work perfectly... Plot Twist! It doesn't!

Also tried cancelling the contract to which we're told that all of a sudden it's a 24 month contract.
