untrained staff and rediculous contracts
Cell C no longer acknowledges freelancers or self employed people for contracts. I am a freelancer, I earn a lot, but cant get a contract by them. It has been a two month battle trying to get my contract into my name after a divorce, their staff is untrained and two were very rude and impatient with me. Ive been with Cell C for years, and this is how I get rewarded... I now need to have the contract put on my brothers name, so he can put it on a pay-as-you-go, that i need to be on for three months before LEAVING CELL C FOREVER! Every time i walk into the store i get a different story. ive had to drive there three times in the past week due to being ill-informed. I work in the film industry, its a massive industry in Cape Town, which means I earn money, I can prove it, but no, it's not good enough. I've left cell c once before, and I will never come back again once I'm gone. their staff should understand that customers do not know all their catch clauses etc, they should be patient. if a person doesnt understand, WRITE THINGS DOWN FOR THEM. When I asked to write it down, two flat out said: 'we dont need to, its simple to remember'... so frustrated and disappointed
