Untheorized credit inquiry

The Message bellow was sent to Cell C on the 08 Feb 2022, regarding credit Inquiry made on my profile without my knowledge. I have since not received any reply from them until today. ( Dear Sir/Madam I have recently received a notification from Mycredit check notifying me about a credit enquiry performed on my credit profile. When I logged in to my credit profile to check it showed a credit inquiry by your company that did not recall authorizing. It is my understanding that you are not allowed to put any inquiry on my file unless I have given you express authorization to do so.

Inquiry Details; Date:07/02/2022 Time: 14:44 Subscriber: Cell C Contact: 084 135 Since the action mentioned above violates few acts including protection of personal Information Act 4 of 2003, and The National Credit Act 34 of 2005. Would you kindly advise on what could be a suitable action to this issue. I need your prompt response to this issue.

However, should you find that I am remiss and that you did have my authorization to inquire in my credit report then please send me proof of this fact.)
