Unsubscribing from Cell C Advertising SMS
<p>I keep on getting sales and marketing sms from Cell C even though I have tried unsubscribing several times.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is no opt out on the sms. Is this even legal?</p> <p>The opt out on the web site does not work</p> <p>I have spoken to customer care 3 times and every time they tell me they have changed the settings.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very frustrating, is there no way to unsubscribe from these messages?</p>

btw, I was already registered on the opt-out database, so I should really not be getting these sms.

So the customer care rep told me I have to google national opt-out and fill in my details there. Not really very helpful. Not happy with the service from Cell C
