Unsubscribed Adverti*****ts
I receive multiple adverti*****ts that I didn't signed up for once I want to obtain out it gives an error that my airtime is depleted and message cannot be sent. Now my questions. 1. Why must I pay to unsubscribe from adverti*****ts I didn't signed up for? 2. Why can't I cancel online?
This is not very professional and it is also ******* as it doesn't comply with the POPIA act that clearly states that you must give a customer the right to obtain out. You've signed me up for the adverti*****ts now you can unsubscribe me...

25 Aug 2021, 21:14Yes and received more adverti*****ts than before. It started with 1 a week now I get like 10 a week. I even phoned customer care who referred me to the following website https://www.cellc.co.za/cellc/contact-us_opt_out. I've opted out on both options and still get adverti*****ts. It's like I don't get help from anyone... there was another option a few months ago to get someone to call me back and when I was number one in queue I was told that the service is not available... :-(
