<p>Received text msg. "OTP number:********. Your Cell C contract is almost approved. Please call 084 151, option 1, if you did not apply. Cell C"</p> <p>I did not apply for a contract and you constantly spam me with marketing texts. Seems I am not the only one with this. What marketing ploy is this and why should I now waste my time contacting 084 145?</p>
