I received a call from Charles who advised that there was a promotion on data sim only contracts that runs from month to month for 20GB for a R145. He advised that the first debit order will run as from December and that there would be no connection fees. 5 days later I get a debit order of R211, for what I don't know. He happened to give me his number and I WhatsApped him and called him but to this day no response after he said he would look into it. I sent emails to get the matter resolved but to no avail. I want my money to be returned and this contract to be cancelled.
