Unsatisfied with the way they treated me as their customer

On the 1st of March 2025 I realised that my cell c SIM card was offline,then I called them to try find out what could be the problem gave all my details and they asked me verification questions which I failed then they just blocked it completely no in coming calls or out going calls and my SIM card had airtime on it R115 and R40.00 which i bought on the same day they blocked it.
