Unsatisfied with service

I’m am having the worst customer experience with Cell C, for the past 2 months they have not been sending debit orders to my account and now there is this interest piling up that I have to pay while they don’t even let me know of and they also switched off the data. I asked 4 consultants already to send a debit but they failed and this might affect my credit score. Can someone from Cell C dealing with customer complaints please respond to my query
