Unsatisfied service

A faulty device was delivered to me on the 11th of April 2022. I have been calling and sent emails to Cell C to collect the device. On 14/04/2022 I decided to go to the store at Alberton City to return the device but they turned me down and they told me that Cell C will arrange collection in the next 24hours to 48 hours.
