unsatisfied

Last year I was in a financial crisis due to this pandemic I could not afford to pay my Cell C contract anymore So I wrote Cell C several messages to report this and to also made payment arrangements no luck. I also send them a mail to not renew my contract because my account was in arrears I own Cell C an amount of R 3700.00 2 weeks ago when I was eventually ready to pay the overdue monies I spoke to one of there agents and they told me I need to pay R 5000.00 and something Cell C open up a new contract whilst they were aware I was unable to pay the account and whilst it was overdue they still bill my account I have used the Cell c sim card last year in October and they still add monies to this account.

I wanna let them know I will only pay the R 3700.00 witch I own them the other monies they need to cancel the contract or I'm taken legal action because when I asked the sales lady the question why renew my contract whilst I could not pay the overdue amount and she could not answer my question.
