Unsatisfied customer

I app**** a week ago for a contract, they phoned me but the consultant put the phone down nd im still waiting on a phone call back from cell c this is ridiculous ive app**** so much times for a contract yet they would decline me but no after service is given which i find very unfair, i app**** again yet no1 has called nothing
