Unsatisfied customer

The Cell C store and customer services are very bad they cannot help you with anything they will tell you to go to their stores and their stores will tell you to call customer service but still you won't find help....... I called them last week the whole week and still didn't get my sim swap and today I went to their stores but didn't get help they said I must call the customer care team but they refused to help me and they told me that the number I want to do a sim swap is ricad with a passport when I try to tell them the number is ricad with my ID number but they won't help and the manager I spoke to his name is Nkhosikhona said that they cannot help me cause their security what not is not responding to my last call is not showing
