Unsatisfied customer

I haven't even started my contract with Cell C and service is already none existent...

I have been trying to get my phones since the 01/08/2019. If I didn't phone in on the 02/08/2019 I wouldn't have know in the first place that they are waiting for shipment to arrive and are short stocked.

I keep geting empty promises...

I contacted the customer care this morning. I was advised I will receive my phones today, I received sms's stating this too.

Just before 17:00 I contacted the customer care again to inform them I haven't received the phones yet and they advised it still shows delivery today. It is now almost 18:00 and I know I am not receiving the phones anytime now...

I can't take off another day to collect the phones. I was advised to be at home the whole day, which I did and nothing!!!
