unsatisfied Customer

Good day

I need some assistance last year November my Cell C contract were suppose to end due to the pandemic I could not afford to pay my accounts and I've send out several mails to Cell c asking them to freeze my account for a while it did not happen. So since they saw that they did not received any payments from me why did they renew my contract I tried so many times to cancel the account but still they renewed according to me I still owed Cell C an amount of R 3700.00 when I phoned today saying I will pay that amount off they added benefit amounts to the account I have not used the account since last year please help me as I will not pay monies for the new contract but I will pay what I know I should have paid.
