Unsatisfied client

Good day I just wanted to find out how long does one's name get removed from credit bureau, because my account was handed over to MBD Attorneys by Cell C that it is in areas, and it was settled in full. I also received a letter that account has been paid in full but it's been 4 months my name hasn't been cleared at credit bureau. It still appears as it's owing and active but not closed.
