Unsatisfied client

I have a contract with Cell c for more than a decade but what I am experiencing lately is making me think of migrating to another network . Several occasions I have been calling them that I can't connect on their network and always getting a reply stating they will get back to me . It is almost 2 months calling them and nothing happens but I get debited for the services that I am not getting . I am disappointed after been a loyal client to them .
