Unsatisfied client

I took a contract with cell c on December 17 and fail to understand why cell c keeps on debiting money from my account, the 1st attempt was on January 15 which amounts to 164, on the 25 was 250, and again on 1st Feb was 250 on the 15 was 174 and today was 250, I called call centre and was told my account was tracked which I don't understand and lastly the phone doesn't work the battery is busted.
