Unsatisfied Client

I have a contract with Cell C as well as insurance, my cell phone was was damaged and i followed the necessary steps and the phone was sent in for repairs. I received an SMS advising that i should contact the repairs department which i did this morning , i was told that i need to forward a copy of my ID which was done, the consultant cannot tell me if my phone will be repaired or replaced, he cannot provide me with an estimated time frame on when i will receive my phone back, this is pathetic service . This is horrible customer service, my phone is with you guys and you cannot provide me with an outcome, there is a quote done but nobody can advise what the quote states. I require urgent attention on this matter , i need my phone repaired or replaced asap. Im disgusted with the horrible service from cellc.
