I have had a problem with dialing out to MTN numbers, i have contacted Cell C on numerous occasions and holding onto the phone for 30mins and they cut you off, i was told last week a technical service advisor would call me, to this day i have not had a call, and to get hold of anybody is a nightmare, i had this problem last year and it took them over 6 months to sort out, now i am having the same problem again, this is total bull**** and am now starting to get extremely angry, Cell C ) points for service....

09 Feb 2021, 15:56you expect me to wait 24 hours for a response is absurd, when you keep me waiting all the time and then cut me off 40mins into waiting, when this is your problem, Cellc should take training from the USA as this would never happen there, the problem would have been sorted yesterday..
