Unsatisfactory service with Capitec and Cell C

I would like to notify you of my unsatisfatory service that I got from Cell C and Capitec bank. I had this prepaid number - *** that I have been using for years. What happened is that on Friday 08 November 2019 when I woke up my phone had no network, I phoned Cell C customer care several times crying out for help but they could not help me. I then went to the nearest Cell C store (Promenade, Mitchell's plain) and I told them my problem. They looked on their system and told me that my number has been permanently disabled. My question is how does this happen without my knowledge as the owner of the number? After that they told me that they cannot help me further I must phone the call center on 135 to re-activate my number. When I phoned the call center they told me that my number has been ported to the other network. Again how does this happen without my knowledge and what is the procedure to be followed in order to port to other networks? Dont they need my particulars to do all this? And then they told me that they can't do anything about that. I am writing to you in order to get help because this number is the one I used for incontact at all my banks (Absa and Capitec). Now what happenned is that the ****s used this number *** for Capitec cellphone banking to send cash twice from account. And I could not reverse that money because Capitec made it clear that it was done on my phone of which that is not true. I did not send any cash and I have never done that before, what I usually do is to transfer money to other capitec clients. So, I would like to get an urgent assistance to prove that I personally did not do these transactions and also get my number back please, please. And my fear is that these ****s may use my number to do any other ******* stuff, which will put my life in danger. Your assistance with this is highly appreciated. Thank you.
