Unsatisfactory service

I took a mecer notebook via contract in October 2023,that process was smooth ,issue is that I haven't been able to use it as it faulty I am unable to to set it up it will load until until,I've been calling the customer care they give me a run around from various departments, I went to a physical store still no assistance ,I'm logging online nothing I have 3 case numbers still no assistance.I am sooooo Annoyed.
