UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

Good afternoon Please note that I paid for a 20\20 Mbps line for the entire agreement period, whereas the actual line speed was only 20\10MbpsFind below the confirmation from the fibre company Frog foot (Alida Moses) who confirmed that the line speed I am paying for is not available on the network servicing my address. The line speed currently is 20\10Mbps whereas I signed and pay for a 20\20 Mbps line speed as per the agreement. I have to be refunded for paying for a service which I did not receive.
