Unsatisfactory service

In end of June 2021, Cell C introduced me to a product where you pay R150 then they load 20GB(10 day and 10nite). I bought it and they debited the amount and loaded the data. End of July they didn't debit, I went to the store to enquire and they said the date I chose was on Sunday that month hence they couldn't debit so they will debit on the next day. Come next day, no debit. I then went back to the store which they told me that I must now deposit the money to the bank then data will be loaded. Two weeks went by without me depositing the money, during that two weeks a cell C agent called offering me a contract in exchange for this product which I denied. This week Monday (16/08/21) I called the customer care to request the banking details so I can deposit the money which they provided me and I then proceeded to deposit and emailed the proof of payment. the following day no data received, I called them again and the agent promised to take up the matter, and he also gave me another email address to send the proof of payment which I did and he also sighted that sometimes the payment reflect after 2 days which I understood. Today Friday (20/08/21) still no data and I called again and the agent told me the matter is still escalated and I must wait until it's resolved. I mean 5 days after I paid the money and I still haven't received the data, I feel like cell C is not taking me seriously.......this is really a poor service from cell C!!
