Unsatisfactory/Inconsistent Response/Poor Service

I've been a Cell C customer for over 11 years. I am not happy with the service i have received from Cell C i have a problem with the way the queries are dealt with. the turn around time to resolve queries is always slow. Cell take their customers for Granted and they always mess up their billing. they incorrectly bill their customers and when you query they take forever to resolve the query. As for the customer customer care consultants, those people don't know what they are doing. the information they give their clients is always inconsistent. Cell C i a circus ran by a bunch of clowns. i hate Cell C and i cant stand their professionalism.
