Unsatisfactory customer service: Cell C - taking the power out of your hands....

I had lost my phone on Friday 28th April at about 18:00 in the evening whilst travellingin a public taxi. Being a loyal customer of Cell C, I decided to use the Sim-Swap service, so I purchased a brand new simcard, did not Rica it ( as requested ), then called customer care on 140 on the 8th May 2017 and spoke to agent "Philiwe" who was quite arrogant from the onset and refused to help me resolve my issue as I did not pass (the series of security questions i.e which was the last number that I called on the 28th April ( 2 weeks ago )...

I understand that reasonig behind the security questions, but am dissapointed in her not being considerate when i explained that the last time I used the phone was weeks ago.

I would appreciate it if someone with authority can asist me to resolve my issue and maintain me as a loyal Cell C customer..

My name is Nathaniel Moodley. My ID Number can be provided for security reasons. I can provide you with 3 common numbers that I have called or have called me in the week that the phone was lost. Those are numbers of my father & wife ( both Cell C customers as well.) I can also provide you with the number that called me the last time before the phone was lost. I can provide yu with my banking documents & work contracts showing that I used my Cell C number as reference in all those legal documents. The reason i want to maintain my existin number is because I have a lot of business clients that have my number and it is going to be difficult if i change my number..

The cellphone number in question : is ********** 948 last used on the afternoon of the 28th April....

Cell C "The power is in your hands".... were is the power for the honest users.... please feel free to contact me on my wife's cell number : ********** 199

Good afternoon Cell C,
I am yet to be regarded as a satisfied customer, as I have follwed Derrick's instructions and went into the Cell c Gateway store only to be treated like a ********. I was first approached by a consultant named "Kapeel" and once logging my information on the system, he advised me that he cannot help as the cellphone number in question was not registered under my name. I informed him that I purchased it as a pre-rica'd simcard from the Cell C bus that goes around doing promotions and didnt know that I was supposed to further register that simcard. I was then addressed by another guy named "Preevan" who called himself the managerbut refused to give me his surname and he also was quite rude to me.
Iam still able to provide Cell C with some security information that I can remember andalso any legal documents to show I was using this number for the almost a year.
Can Derrick or someone please assist my with getting my number back as it iscosting me money as I am losing business and Cell C has still taken the power out of my hands..
greatly dissapointed...
