unruly and ill mannered brainless

I had a contract with cell c in 2013, I am unemployed til date however they stil threaten with messages and calls till date,I received an sms now saying that they have a trace locater on my credit beruea profile,how inconsiderate is that,I am however going to take this up,and I don't want to hear them calling to apologise because I really don't want to hear,thank you
