Unrestricted APn
I am trying to activate a unrestricted apn, and after numerous call back requests , waiting on your online chat only to get disconnected, and not getting a response via mail, I called in. For something as simple as activating an APN i need to go into a police station and have my id certified, during a pandemic. But if i open a new contract then that requirement is not there. This is laughable and im left disgusted at the incompetency here

17 May 2021, 13:46Explain to me this security reasons? are you telling me a Cell C contract where my banking details are, is less of a security concern to you ? because i do not need a certified copy of my ID for that. And why are you the only network provider that has this requirement ?
