Unresponsive technological system
I get an sms that my cell c contract is about to be approved, call 084 151 or option 1 to cancel. Just received a call few minutes back asking for someone with a very similar name of someone I know. I can't just cancel i really need an explanation, I could be mistaken so I decided to call the Cell C helpline. it requires an FF number to get through an agent. So I don't have it, this could be another ***** case taking place but how can I be off assistance when you have such measures in place. Again I can call the general helpline but believe its quicker to type this than press 1 for sim swap 2 for reward points
