UNRESOLVED QUERY SINCE MARCH 2021
I keep requesting that an accounts consultant contact me regards to my bill being R2500+ each month for two devices that add only adds up to the total of R750
Cell C debit my account on 30/10/21 with the amount R5,138 the company just sends reference numbers. I will screenshot all proof of payment documents and emails received from Cell C sayings that my account is paid up to date. TAKING THIS MATTER TO SOCIAL MEDIA!!!
