Unresolved query

I cannot believe that I'm billed again for cell c get more services that I canceled on the 19 February 2018, Im sick of this, I cannot be calling every month to check if the service was canceled, can I have my money back and can I get my outstanding balance of this contract I'm done with cell c. I spoke to a consultant by the name of ****ine Boysen, that did not even take the initiative to resolve my query, bad service ever.
