Unresolved query

On sat.11th nov after 21:30 i logged a query with Hlengiwe Dlamini regarding my bonus airtime. As i was speaking with her she informed me that she was sending my query to ********** A week later today i've had no response, only to discover upon calling 140 again that there is no record of my query logged . I was then told that the manager would call me in 5-10mins & i'm still waiting. They might or might not call so i decided to use the platform tha yields results, hellopeter.
