Unresolved POP allocation
I took a cell c data sim in January 2021, optioned for a denit order cell c never debited the account for 2-3 months untill they decided to disconnect and now o had to do an eft to close of that, I've sent POP to cell c 26 August 2021 still no payment allocation, this has been having a bad impact on my credit score, finally in December they advised that they have allocated same on email, only to get a call that I'm still owing.
