Unresolved Paid bills - still harassed

<p>In 2015 April MBDCS started sending me smses and calling me telling me that I owe Cell C and i must pay. I called Cell C to find out what this issue was about and they told me that I did indeed owe my last month's contract balance of about R500 - contract ended in 2012. I then paid Cell C what they said I owed them and sent them proof of payment. I asked them if they will resolve the matter with MBDCS and they said yes. However MBDCS never stopped calling or smsing me saying legal action could be imminent. I sent Cell C proof of the messages I have been recieving from MBDCS and asked them to please resolve and settle the matter as I have already paid. I sent the more than 5 e-mails and also spoke to their legal team but this matter has never been resolved. They on the other hand promised on all e-mails I sent that the matter is a closed case and had been dealt with.... but no! I am the one beeing harrased and being stressed by MBDCS. What is so difficult for Cell C to just handle this matter and put it to rest, I just have no idea. I mean, it has been more than a year now and i am still harrased over a debt that I settled. I am porting my number back to MTN where it came from originlly as I honestly regret why I ever dealt with Cell C in the 1st place. They are unproffessional and such a huge coperation. I never ever had issues with both Vodacom and MTN - this is just **********!</p>
