Unresolved ***** Case

<p>My boyfriend has had 2 contracts opened in his name in 2014 without his consent. He found out in August this year and complained to Cell C in pietermaritzburg of which he had been asked to send through documents. It was third time he had the staff email his documents that he was told he needed to provide proof of his signature. So he returned to the store on the 23Rd August with all his documents and was told by a consultant that all required documents were sent and their ***** department will be in touch. There was once after that, that he received some sort of correspondence however thereafter there was none. On the 9th September he contacted the customer service center himself of which he was told the case was closed due to 'documents outstanding ' So the same day I had emailed all documents from my private email address. Correspondence was suppose to be done with him within 2 working days however not to any surprise he still awaits their call. Furthermore his bank account is still been debited and due to been a weekly paid individual he has just been debited double of this week's wage!!!!!!! Service standards for a service provider that big is shameful. </p>
