Unresolved complaints

Cell C is just getting on my nerves. They keep on sending me multiple messages with different reference numbers saying that my query will be resolved shortly each and everyday I complain I get these smses but no one from Cell C contacts me. Even the Complaints department and Customer Care keeps on telling me that they will escalate my query to the relevant department its been weeks. I don't know what one needs to do. I just regret my decision of choosing Cell C. Ever since last month I have been battling with Cell C.
