unresolved cell c issue
Good day
Based on the previous review i wrote on cell c, i got a call from Palesa on the 6th of February at 15:06 where she told me that it is not cell c problem that i took the insurance and that cell c did not ask me or force me to take the insurance that in order for me to get the assistance or to get my phone fixed from cell c i need to pay all the money that i owe them but still i will not get my munites and data that they owe me.
i am writing this review because i can see the bazzed my phone twice. it did notj even make a sound it just vibrated once i know they will write on my reviews saying they tried phoning me

I am still waiting, no one got back to me to tell me what was the conclusion. Yes i am no longer receiving calls frone tge lawyers i dont know if i am black listed or what. There is just no communication from cell c. The last person i spoke to was palesa and im still waiti g today.
