Unresolved ccell phone contract

I have mailed cell c from early this year. My contract issue is still not resolved. They cant call me and tell me what is happening. When I send mails they **** to call and resond within 48 hours. I am ahead with a contract I took last year July 2020.

Cell C decided to give shaik collectors to call me and implicate the calls and correspondances of which are mostly lies. They cannot even reconcillliate a contract with their wrong statements. I called them promised to resolve but not...only the collector calls that are very disturbing
