Unresolved case

I am coming through today to give feedback on my case. I received several calls from Cell C social media devision.

I will only write about the last 2 calls.

On the 1st of August I received a call and I was told that Cell C has decided that the agent/consultant that processed my upgrade will pay for the other contract and I will be refunded the money. They are just waiting for a signature then I will be contacted. Today I received a call from an agent...telling me a different story. She told me that Cell C will pay R17 000 and my monthly installment will be deducted from that amount till its depleted, however I am expected to carry on with the payments of R1000 plus. I told her that won't suit me as I don't have that money hence this matter is where it is now. She put me on hold for a while....then came back with another offer. She said I can keep the devices without the benefits provided that I agree upon paying +- R300 in addition to the current contract or I must give back the devices.

We had a back and forth...she was now telling me " that is the final offer from Cell C even if I escalate this case further it will be rejected."

My last question to her was what happened to what I was told on the 1st of August. She sounded aggravated and said she can't talk about that and I told her I can't continue with the conversation and hung up.

I feel exhausted after been on the phone for 45mins and can't wait for this case to be fairly resolved as it is both finacially and emotionally draining.
