Unresolved account disputes by call centre agencies amd branches

I am so disappointed with cellc can't wait to change my contract they blocked my number saying I did not pay my account for 2 months and it is a debit order. I called thembso many times and I even sent my bank statements showing money was deducted from my bank account and where money was not deducted I went on to make payment ay retail shops and it shows theu received my money. Its neen more than a week now sice I have been blocked and theu dont respond to my emails thay I have sent my bank statements. I went to their Brooklyn branches and the lady was very rude to me and still I dont owe cellc and I dont know where to go now with my issue.
