Unresolved account and credit dispute.

I have been with Cell C with more than 10 Years. Recently I was informed by my bank, that I owe Cell C R448,00 on account *** that was opened 07-10-20211. I phoned Cell C, and they confirmed that I owe Cell C the R448,00. I made the payment of R448.00 on 25-03-2024 15:01, Using the payment reference of ***. I emailed the POP to Cell C as instructed. Cell C is now incapable of updating my credit score to show that the account was settled. This creates financial difficulties for me, and I need my credit score updated. I did phone in and spoke to a few people at Cell C, and no one could help me. I did challenge the information at credit check, I however they couldn’t help me either.

I phoned many times, however, I only recorded two case reference numbers. Case ***, Case ***.

I emailed the following people as instructed by Cell C over the phone. - *** - *** - ***

I am unable to get a new contract until this is resolved.

Financial disputes will always occur. If Cell C phoned (or emailed) me ten years ago, I would have settled the account back then. Recently I have been placed on hold and ignored (or it feels that I am being ignored) .
