Unreliable network provider
What Cell C is doing to me is really not fair,I need my number back. My phone got ****** and now I can't perform sim swap im being sent from pillar to post, I was told by the call centre that I have failed sec check I must go to their branch which is 20Kilos from where i am when I got to the branch I had to wait for an hour to be assisted because of load shedding after that I was told to drive again to a diff shop because they don't have sim cards when I got to that other shop i waited again to be assisted by the consultation who shown no interest in helping me and i was asked the same questions that the call centre asked to authenticate is this something new?? Because I had my ID and my proof of address but I ddnt get any help.. and i need my number back, I so regret why I chose this network
