Unreliable internet
My C-fibre line is down again. Cell C has to most unreliable internet, and the customer care center only opens at 7am? Now I have to sit and wait waiting precious work time and putting my own clients at risk.

Please note that there is an issue with all Openserve customers at the moment due to an interconnection link that is down. We are aware of the issue and the issue is being given critical importance.
