Unreliable Customer Service: CELL C's Lack of Email Response and Inefficient Case Management

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by CELL C. I have been trying to resolve an issue via email, but I have received no response despite sending multiple emails over the course of several weeks. Furthermore, I have noticed that CELL C generates a new case number for every reply, which has made it extremely difficult to keep track of my case and has caused unnecessary confusion and delays.

I find it unacceptable that a company of this size and reputation would treat their customers with such disregard. I urge CELL C to take responsibility for their poor service and improve their communication methods to provide their customers with the level of service they deserve. Until then, I cannot recommend CELL C to anyone looking for reliable and efficient customer service.
