Unreliable and pathetic

I have an account in arrears but I'm in a process of getting that fixed so I called the call center to arrange payment and mind you I've made one before, same method. But this time my payment isn't reflecting from their side and apparently I should've used reference number and not my name on my statement, now this is dragging
